For best results from the Groovi Plates and Groovi Plate Mate, use the 0.8mm – 1.3mm embossing tool.

Returns

Our policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to issue either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
